EVENTS
I created a wide range of event assets including displays, signage, promotional kits and logistics plans for major events such as City to Surf, marathons, trade fairs and expos. I managed end to end planning to ensure each event presence was visually strong, functional and aligned with brand standards. A standout innovation was transforming standard stock storage cages into a unique, high impact POS display that became a signature feature for showcasing product at events and in store.
PROJECT
FootMotion needed a cohesive brand presence to unify their specialist footwear and podiatry offering and strengthen recognition across retail, clinics and events. Their materials were inconsistent and the brand needed to sit neatly under the Ascent umbrella while maintaining its own distinct look and feel. They are the brand seen at events so it needed to feel and look cohesive, reliable and inviting as a brand.
ACTION
I refreshed and expanded the visual identity and redesigned marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. I modernised window vinyl art, POS assets, uniforms, gear and merch. I upgraded in-store digiPOS, oOh!, TVC, YouTube and event collateral including marquees, flags, promotion kits, videos, gear and promotional merch. Brand kits were rolled out for new stores and training kits were created for new staff. A library of templates were created on Canva for stores to use for their own socials.
RESULT
I delivered a contemporary, consistent brand system that strengthened FootMotion’s retail and podiatry presence and improved understanding of Footmotion’s specialist offerings. This enhanced brand recognition from events to stores creating a scalable identity framework that supported the bran'd’s expansion and foothold in the market.
